外源添加肉桂醛提高烟草幼苗抵御盐胁迫机理的研究Mechanism of exogenous cinnamaldehyde additive in enhancing resistance to salt stress for tobacco seedlings

摘要(Abstract):
【目的】为了探究添加肉桂醛对Na_2SO_4胁迫下烟草幼苗生长的影响机制。【方法】以烤烟K326为材料,在烟草幼苗期用不同浓度的Na_2SO_4和肉桂醛进行处理,结合烟草幼苗根系发育状况、活性氧含量、抗氧化酶活性及相关基因表达量等指标进行分析。【结果】Na_2SO_4浓度越高,对烟草生长的抑制作用越明显,烟苗根系发育越缓慢,H_2O_2积累越多;75 mmol/L Na_2SO_4胁迫下,0~25 μmol/L肉桂醛可以促进烟草幼苗根系生长,降低H_2O_2和MDA含量,诱导降低SOD和POD的酶活,提高CAT酶活,从而提高幼苗的抗氧化能力,增强烟苗的抗盐能力。【结论】在烟草幼苗阶段,20 μmol/L的肉桂醛可以有效提高烟草幼苗对75 mmol/L Na_2SO_4的抵抗能力,主要通过促进根系发育,调节活性氧含量,诱导抗氧化物质活性变化,缓解盐胁迫的抑制作用。
